We are moving from Florida, and need some help finding a place. I am watching the Brookings newspaper classifieds, craigslist, and the Sioux Falls argus leader.

We like country living, but would consider the right house in town. We will travelling up to the area the week of Thanksgiving. We would like to set up some viewing appointments and would like to know ahead of time the renting process required on each home, so we are prepared with the proper paperwork. Since we're moving, I want to make sure I have everything available for you, and we can hopefully move in right away.

If you have pictures and an idea of the monthly utility bills, please email them to me. Just respond to this posting.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about us. You can also contact our current landlord to see what kind of tenants we are. They will say they loved having us and that we have increased the property value of their house. We have also found another tenant to move in after us, even though our lease was up. We don't have kids and are a easy going couple that wants to grow roots in South Dakota. We're from Wisconsin originally, so we aren't afraid of the cold, but will miss the warm Florida winters.

Please contact me if you have place for rent around Thanksgiving or December first. We are willing to look outside of Brookings, within 45 minutes to Sioux Falls.
